Axon Reports Q1 2024 Revenue Growth and Updates Full-Year Outlook

Axon Enterprise, Inc. has announced a notable 34% increase in its Q1 2024 revenue, reaching $461 million. This marks the ninth consecutive quarter where growth has exceeded 25%. The company's annual recurring revenue also saw a remarkable 50% increase, totaling $825 million. This consistent growth underscores Axon's ongoing success in expanding its market presence and product adoption.

Axon Cloud & Services and TASER Segments Drive Growth

The Axon Cloud & Services segment reported a substantial revenue increase of 52%, totaling $176 million. This segment has more than doubled its revenue over the past two years, reflecting strong product adoption and customer retention. Additionally, the TASER segment grew by 33% with revenues of $179 million, driven by the demand for the new TASER 10 device. Sensors & Other revenue also saw an increase, growing 14% year over year to $106 million.

Enhanced Full-Year Revenue and EBITDA Outlook for 2024

Following its strong first-quarter performance, Axon has raised its full-year revenue forecast. The new projection ranges from $1.94 billion to $1.99 billion, up from the previously estimated $1.88 billion to $1.94 billion. The Adjusted EBITDA projections have also been increased, reflecting Axon's confidence in its operational efficiency and market strategy.

Axon has announced its strategic acquisition of Dedrone, a leader in airspace security.
